I was looking for a group like this. I am a nurse for 8 years now. I love what I do, but I don't really have the support of my fellow co-workers. I am gluten free, and they are always having pizza and cake and all kinds of other crap, which helps me alot, cause I can't eat it, and if I do, I will just throw it up. But it is just the concept of having fellow nurses and other healthcare workers to push each other and encourage each other.
