I just finished L2 d1. Holy workout batman!!! I think I have died. Yep I see my body laying on my living room floor right now in a gelationous heap. Hear Lies Alicia Lucas she died a noble and valiant death fighting through 30ds Level 2.

    it gets . . . um . . . better- NOT easy though. I did D3 today and it still kicked my *kitten* but not as bad as D1 and D2. JUst imagine L3!!!!! (I've done shredding before and yes L3 is seriously hard core!)

    Ha ha .. I so agree!!! I just finished Day 4 last night of Level 2 and I still sweat like a pig!! Much more so than I did on Level 1. But I find I can do more and more of them each time so I know I'm getting stronger. Let's keep it up, girls! I'm gonna measure after I do my workout tonight (it will the halfway point). Can't wait to see the results.

    UGH!! Level two is killing me! I did level one for fifteen days. I just did level two day one, and I nearly threw up. I need to stick with Anita instead of Natalie... :/

    Level 2 makes me sweat so much more too - it's great!!

    BTW - I've heard you should not measure yourself right after a workout bc your muscles are alot larger than normal bc all the extra blood that is circulating. You should weigh and measure first thing in the morning.
