Towards the goal of being able to run a 5K...I ran for 25 minutes last night, with two 1min walking breaks toward the end. At 12min mile, that should mean I ran 2 miles. Feeling good today, No soreness.
Been a little while since I checked in.
Got an elliptical machine I found on craigslist, so I've been having fun working out on that and saving my knees from the impact.
Week 3: 242.9
Week 4: 242.9 - argh.
Week 5: 237.9 ....Don't get too excited. I had a stomach virus over easter weekend. But I am managing to maintain it. :bigsmile:0 -

What happened is went on 3 day trip m-w gained .8 and took me rest of week to lose it! ugh!!!!!
At least I didn't end up with gain….trips are hard….0 -
