Level Two Neck & Shoulders killing-- is it just me?

I can't reach the top shelf of my pantry. Total misery! Anyone else feeling alot of neck and shoulder knots from all the plank poses in Level 2? Im wondering if it is just me I have had both of my shoulders fixed from bone and rotator cuff damage.....

Is it just me?

    Mine hurt, too - but mostly during the exercises .. especially with those V lifts of the weights. I can feel it afterward, but not as bad as you're saying - but then again, I just began this level and haven't done them the whole way through yet - I have to break a little. Let's hope it gets a little easier (the soreness anyway)

    I am feeling it too. Argh, the stiffness!! Although, my chest felt the same way for the first week of Level One, so I am hoping it will start to wear off by the weekend. I need a masseuse!

    i always found that doing as many 'proper' push ups throughout level 1 helped build my strength for the planks that follow in level 2 (and level 3 *evil laugh*). lol
