Just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone here in Indy. Found the group today and it's nice to see a MFP group of people in the area. Looking forward to getting to know everyone. I live on the NW side and work out at home or at the Pike Y - always up for a work out buddy but my schedule with kids leaves my excercise time unpredictable.

welcome! So glad to have you here! I'm a ymca member too and really enjoy it, do you ever go to the spinning classes? Which classes to you like?

No, but I want to! I haven't been doing any classes because right now I can't plan too much in advance. I'm still trying to figure out a good schedule for getting workouts around baby's schedule. Just when I think we're in a routine she decides to change it up. I used to bike a lot so spinning is something I'm interested in. So far I've been doing 30DS, C25K, videos on netflix or hulu plus or cardio on my own at the Y - all depending on whether I can get out of the house and for how long. Swimming and spinning are both at the top of the list as soon as I can get longer sessions.
