Just been on the JD Wetherspoons website just to have a browse of the menu, and they have a tool on there where you can calculate calories (or various other diets) and see what you can eat off of the menu for what you have left in your calories budget!!
Thought I'd share it with you all :)

    Harvester's print all the GDA information on their menus now too - not sure about the whizzy website tool though!
