Another week is gone and we are still on the Journey to a New Life. There were 98 participants this week and 54 of them showed a loss (79 lbs), 16 did not post (shame on you), 7 showed no change, and 21 showed a gain (29.3 lbs). Congratulations to everyone that lost and here is a little friendly kick to the no change or gainers.
