I just wanted to introduce myself and say that I feel for you all.
I've seen my boyfriend go through the pains of finding out he has celiacs disease and then trying to figure out meals and options he could eat when we would go out. It's a sudden HALT of a lifestyle change.
He's been mostly gluten-free for a little over a year now, and we're still learning new things. I hope to learn more by joining this group.
Our current favorite meal to prepare: taco salads....just have to watch out for the McCormick taco seasoning that you pick...stick with Original...and some salsas

The sites that I use are celiacs.com and celiaccess.com. They help me alot in decision making. I don't have anything in my home with gluten in it. If someone comes over and doesn't want something gluten free, my policy is byog. Bring Your Own Gluten, because I don't provide it for anyone. I am newly diagnosed as of Feb. and I am finding it easier than I thought to cope.0
