Good morning Austin!
Living in such a fitness conscious city, you really feel out of place if you are not in tiptop shape, or at least I do. Now if you ask my friends, none of them will say that I am overweight or fat but when I look at myself I do not see the image that I want. I am hoping that MFP will help me find fitness conscious friends like myself to help me and that I can help cheer on in this endeavor. Here is to being in the best shape of my life, starting now.
