Hi I just started insanity a couple of days ago. It's so hard but I love it and I find Shaun T very motivating and positive. Even though, I feel like my lungs will explode!

    Me too! I fall to the ground gasping for air....it is totally not pretty up in my house after our workouts....lol....not yet, anyway!
  • I'm starting today. I know it's already half way through the week but I will just double the workouts to get week 1 out of the way. I've attempted Insanity several times and have never ever finished the program once. I hope I can this time. :)

    Yes my goal is just to finish something and keep my motivation up! It's so awesome to just get through 40 minutes without stopping:)

    Awesome! I just finished my second week yesterday...my 2nd Fit Test results were awesome, you'll feel great once you realize how much your body has changed in two weeks!

    Hi everyone! I've done insanity before, just jumped around to different videos and havent yet followed the workout schedule. I started on March 12th, and plan to see Insanity through the two full months to get in shape for my up coming wedding! I don't have any workout buddies, so I hope you girls can keep me in check!

    I am on week 2 now and I s:smile: wear I already notice a difference, and I certainly feel better! Yay us! We can all do this

    Love it! I need all the motivation I can get as well, but after finishing my 2nd week, I can honestly say my body is starting to amaze me and provide that motivation for me :)

    What is day 63 going to look like?! Exciting!
