That the yogurt parfait at Starbucks is 8 points? Oops:)

    Yeah, you have to watch out for that stuff and always double check the numbers.

    We went out to Friendly's last year and I checked what I wanted on three different WW restaurant sites (including Dotti's) all of which said my sandwich would be 29 points for the whole serving (it was my high point day so I could handle that).

    Just in case I went on the Friendly's site and checked the nutrition value. Turns out 1 serving was 43 points not 29 :noway: so my recommendation is to triple check everything before you eat it :laugh:
