My goals!

Today my goals are:
Drink 10 cups of water
Eat only 800 calories ( or under)
Burn 500 calories on the elliptical
5 minutes of squats
5 minutes of sit ups
30 minutes bike riding
120 minutes of horseback riding and brushing
60 minutes of weight lifting and walking together
10 minutes if Jumping jacks
10 minutes of jump roping
