Monday Challenge Anyone??

So what do ya say Pin Up Girls! 6 days a week with small challenges like these? Think you can do it? Ya I think we can.
I was thinking for Saturdays we can do 50 SQUATS. Work them buns n thighs, lol!! I just did it and it burns but it's a good one.

Also to take it to a comfortable low. It's hard doing a bunch of em as is you don't need to have to squat it super low. Hope to see some positive posts on here next Monday!
