Hi everyone,

I just had my second child in February and am ready to drop the baby weight and the pounds I had put on before my first pregnancy. I'm only 4.5 weeks out from a c-section so I can't really do any exercise yet but I am really looking forward to going running. I'll probably have to start with the C25K program since I haven't run since early pregnancy. Right now breastfeeding is my cardio but it makes me ravenous.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and congratulations on your little ones.

    Welcome!

    My second was born in June last year and I also have a 3.5 year old.

    I didn't put on much for either pregnancy but then it took a LONG time to lose. With my first I didn't manage to lose everything (2kg) left, even with loads of exercise (but admittedly not the best diet).

    Like you, I was also ravenous whilst BFing, esp fhe first 6 months when it's exclusive. I weaned my second two weeks ago and it's made a marked difference to my appetite.

    I am training for an HM in September so feel free to add me and hopefully we can motivate each other!
