I start an intense graduate school program May 1st. I really want to be maintaining at that point. I am 156 now, and want to be at 140-143 by the time I start. That gives me a month and a half. Any tips? I am new to this site, but not to yo-yo dieting... If there are any other people (especially food lovers and compulsive eaters) that would like to be friends and walk through this together please request me! I have just massively fallen off my diet and went on a 2 day binge so I need all the support I can get! Thanks!!
