"Freezer Cooking" CRAZE or CRAZY

Just ordered a new book about freezer cooking. Making meals weeks-months in advance, feezing flat and baking or slowcooking it later for a fast healthy dinner every day. http://freezermealsforus.blogspot.com/ check it out, I am getting on the bandwagon this weekend. Anyone doing it yet, how do you like it?

    I would love to know more about what you have found out. Some one told me long time ago that if I took left overs or just made several meals and get some deep section plates and those Ziploc bags you can vacuum seal. Make several plates freeze them and you can take your lunches to save money. Basically a homemade TV dinner. I don't see why it wouldn't work with this too. I also had 3 girls that could never agree on ANYTHING. I never started doing that but I can see where it could have helped with that too since I would come home around 6 and still had to cook dinner. That would have saved time and arguements! what is funny is just before I pulled up the forum I had thought about cutting up some fruit that I have and putting it in a baggie and freezing it. LOL
