Hi ladies, I'm connie. I've been married for 29 yrs, have four beautiful children and nine gbabies #10 on the way. I have two spinal cord injuries and about nine disc that have degenerated,so I'm in a lot of pain.My goal is to get the weight off just so I can hold them.Im able to hold them when their tiny but when they get to be about 4 or 5 months it kills me off. I have two gbabies that are a year and a half.(fuf fun age) It breaks my heart that I cant hold them, play with them or even keep up with them, so needless to say they are my #1 inspiration!!.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Nancy Ann was married 47 years and lost my husband 3 years ago this February. I have 3 sons Kenneth 57, Carey, 51, and Justin 23. Two grandsons that I know of, Chris 32 and A'Donte 4 and 2 great grand daughters JaihShawna 5 and Isabella 18 mos. And 2 Rat Terriors, Bubby and Suzie. My son Kenneth I haven't seen in 27 years so have no idea where he's at or what he has been doing. Almost like I don't have a son as far as he's concerned. Carey and his wife live out of town so only see them every couple months maybe but talk to them about everyday. All my grands live out of town and I rarely ever see them with the exception of my youngest grandson A'Donte. His Dad Justin and he live close by so I see them all the time. In fact I babysit A'Donte every other week while his dad is at work the other week his mother keeps him.
My inspiration to lose weight is that I want to live a long , long time , watch my grands grow up and just enjoy life.

    Hello,
My name is debbie. I am 57years old. Been married for 38 years to a wonderful man . We have 2 grown sons who still live at home.
Our oldest is a little learning disabled and can't make enough money to live on his own. The youngest got divorced and moved back in. It is fine. He is one of those guys who can do anything. I haven't needed to call a mechanic, plumber or electrician since he has been here. He pays rent and helps cook. The grandson is 15 and is here every other weekend.

I have had weight issues since the youngest son was born. The highest weight was 306 in 2004.
I work 5 days a week at an Auto auction. An outside job that requires a lot of walking and some climbing. I credit that for being so healthy.
