So, I did TONE 30 & HIIT 15 last night, and I hurt like hell, seriously.

I realized that I DEFINITELY need to do HIIT 15 BEFORE Tone 30 next time, because quite frankly, my legs hurt so bad, I couldn't do most of the jumping portions of the HIIT 15. It wound up being a pretty bogus workout, because I couldn't throw my whole self into it.

I ache.

I'm just finishing up WEEK 3 and I'm happy that I've stuck with this so far, but there has been absolutely no weight loss. That is pretty frustrating, BUT, I guess i'll just keep on truckin' ......no point in stopping now. I have another 17 weeks to get this right :)

On the agenda tonight is my fave :) FIRE 45 EZ !!

    I am on Rest Day of Week 4 and haven't lost either, though my body is definitely changing shape and people have commented that they think I have lost weight (without knowing I am trying :happy: )

    I have been told that I should not expect to see a lot of pounds lost in the first month of TurboFire, but that they will start flying off in month two. It is great to put on clothes I haven't been able to wear in a year or two, but I really want to see those numbers changing too. Staying with it. I KNOW it is coming.
