This is a group for those looking to do something crazy on their birthday, something that will really challenge you physically. I've seen countless websites, with countless people setting up unbelievalbe challenges that they want to accomplish on their birthday.

Here is an example of what I did last year.

I turned 29, so I used the 29 theme.

290 - pushups
290 - situp
29 - unassited pullups
Lift 29,000 lbs total

And just for fun
Kiss and tell my wife I love her 29 times
Read my son 29 books

I completed this challenge, but it did spill over into the following day, but I felt great, sore, but it really pushed me to the limit, (especially the kissing and hugging :laugh: ), but this year and the years to come I want to go for something even greater and more intense.

So feel free to create a thread telling everyone what you intend to do this year on your birthday, or maybe if you have done one of these in the past.

Keep pushing yourself, just becaue your getting a year older, doesn't mean you can't feel a year younger.

    I'll try to post some more challenges I've seen others do, maybe give you some ideas. Can be as big or as little as you would like. f you google birthday challenge you can find all kinds of stuff.

    My birthday isn't till December, but right now I am thinking I want ot run 30 laps at the track by my house, just to start :)

    Also maybe you have a goal you want to reach by your birthday, feel free to let us know what that is.

    I started training for my first marathon on my 40th. I'm also in December so I've got some time to come up with something for 43 this year.
