Emotional eater

I am an emotional eater. I have learned when things are out of my control or I dont want to deal with something I just eat. Then a few days later I realize I shouldnt of done and will walk my treadmill for a while. I am going to try journaling and exercise every other day for now. Hopefully This will help me make better decisions and better contro.

Hope the journal helps. When I'm doing it, it helps me. Any little idea to help ourselves is a good one x0

See this is good. For me, I just get more depressed and the cycle of self-loathing continues.
Depressed -> Eat -> Hate myself for being weak -> Depressed -> Eat0 -
Putting entries into the food journal helps me think twice about what I am doing. And it helps to see how many calories I can avoid.0
