Good morning,
Do you have room for one more? I am 57 and weight 229. In 2004 I weighed 304 and have been slowly plugging away at that number. I have been looking for a group that I fit into better.
I am so blessed That I have very good health. I am on no meds except an anti-inflammatory for a sprained ankle.

Welcome randancer and always glad to have another member and new friend. You are truly blessed as I. I am 73 and not on any meds either. I have a Doctors appointment next week and I hope that I get a good report and still don't have to take any meds. BUt must say have been a little worried account of my age, weight 264 and inactivity. I am so trying to do better in what I eat and exercising.0
