Random "bonus points"

I was talking to the guy I'm dating (does three dates count as "dating"? lol) when I discovered that he is also an Apple/Mac person. He said, "I'll probably never own another PC." That is exactly the way I feel about it and so I decided that he had just moved up a couple of notches in my book. (He was in need of some bonus points anyway since he can't dance and that is definitely some negative points  ).

I've always joked that the guy I end up with will have to be an Apple fan. Okay, okay, I would overlook it if he wasn't, but I do really like the fact that this guy is an Apple fan. I know it probably makes no sense if you're not an Apple fan, but just understand we Apple users are very loyal to our brand  .

I'm just curious, what little random things might earn someone 'bonus points' for you?

She is also a musician, or she beats me at music trivia!

In regards to your post, as an Apple/Mac user, I completely get it and it's awesome! :glasses:

    1) Star Wars fan

    2) hates Starbucks. I'm not much of a sports guy. I like only 3, soccer/futbol, baseball and basketball. Being from the Seattle I don't care for the CEO or the brand after he sold the Seattle Supersonics to the Benett guy and he moved the team to OKC.

    3) doesn't like to dance  yah I'm horrible at it

Agree that the Sonics should still be in Seattle. That whole situation was a disaster. OKC should have the Hornets.

The Seattle sports scene isn't that great with the Mariners & Seahawks.

YUP! My little Boston Terrier, Oliver, who wouldn't hurt a fly, nipped at a guy the first time he came to my house. It was the first time he'd done that to anyone...the guy turned out to be a real d-bag...dogs know the truth!!!

*Being a coffee drinker at the very least, if not a lover of it like I am.

*A man that understands physical labor and has no problem picking up a shovel or a hammer.

*I love muscle cars, the smell of gasoline and oil, and busting my knuckles working on things. I love it when a man gets this but also knows his way around a shop.

*Huge plus in his favor is not being a gaming addict. There's too much real world out there to enjoy!!

These reasons may be why I am so attracted to older men. Unfortunately, men my age tend to be far too plugged in for my tastes and don't have the stance/presence that older men have.

Bonus points if she's an apple hater...
    just kidding haha

If she doesn't use facebook that's a plus in my book.
Bonus for being a fan of any of the following: Hockey, Rush, or Monty Python.

Also if she actually enjoys the movie Kung Pow I think I'd fall instantly in love.

Means uses an Apple computer or Apple/Mac products verses a Windows-based computer. It's not an absolute must, but it is something I like. Call it severe brand loyalty, lol.

Me too! I hate driving and I pretty much assume the guy is gonna drive when we're together.

    Ones I can think of:

    - Loves Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, and Lacrosse (Being a Yankees or Habs fan could be a dealbreaker though)
    - Does not own an Apple Desktop/Laptop (probably just as severe a brand loyalist as the Original Poster in the opposite direction despite owning an iphone and Ipod touch)
    - Always goes Coke over Pepsi (Even more radical of a brand loaylist when it comes to Coke/Pepsi)
    - Not a Vegetarian (Vegan is a complete deal breaker)
    - Not a Hippy
    - Thinks "All Inclusive Resort" is a blasphemous term
    - Likes to dance (being good is irrelevant as I am awful)

Runner - I would like someone that could also be my running partner
Not a video game player (I love board games but don't like sitting in front of a computer/tv playing games)

Ability to dance properly ie. with a partner, in some traditional or latin style is a big 'plus' in my book.
Speaks 'quote' ie. understands/can quip back when I quote a play/film/lyric/famous person
Not afraid of a little public whimsy/silliness.

Sometimes though, the best 'bonus' points are the things you never thought to hope for.
