We are getting closer to Spring and warmer weather!

Nutrition: Eat less carbs. I'm working on this one as well. It's the only thing that will help blast away that blasted belly fat :)
Exercise: Push yourself just a little bit harder each time. Sign up for a race! That way you have something to train for.
Wellness: On the warm days, go out and enjoy the weather. Get a little extra Vitamin C :)

    Hey sweetie, just wondering how many carbs it is good to consume? Haha, warm weather? Just going into autumn here and we practically missed summer.

    You should be eating under 100 carbs :)
    Dang! I forgot that we have some people in a different hemisphere :) Well, enjoy the warm weather while you can. Still go out and enjoy yourself. Autumn should still have some nice weather!
