We are getting closer to Spring and warmer weather!
Nutrition: Eat less carbs. I'm working on this one as well. It's the only thing that will help blast away that blasted belly fat
Exercise: Push yourself just a little bit harder each time. Sign up for a race! That way you have something to train for.
Wellness: On the warm days, go out and enjoy the weather. Get a little extra Vitamin C

Dang! I forgot that we have some people in a different hemisphereWell, enjoy the warm weather while you can. Still go out and enjoy yourself. Autumn should still have some nice weather!
