got sad seeing "junk food vegitarian" as the most recently updated topic every time i saw this group in my "community" tab so thought i'd contribute a new topic :)

    My progress did not go so well over the weekend because of choices I made, but I am still committed to health and fitness. Thank you for saying hello and I wish you the best with your efforts!
