Here's the Menu guide so you don't have to flip back and forth between websites! This is for the knife and fork meal of the day. I make mine dinner, no time during the day for more than a shake!
Section One: Salads
Whenever possible, use organic vegetables when making your salad. Start with two cups of Romaine Lettuce or Spinach, and add your choice of the following fresh vegetables: Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Spring Green Onions, Radishes, Cabbage, Broccoli.
Most calories in a salad come from the salad dressings. This is why we recommend using Wish-Bone Bountifuls® or Olive Oil and vinegar. Spraying on the Olive Oil works best. This give you a more even coverage on your salad. Keep it to about 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil, about 40 calories. Use as much vinegar as you like, it has zero calories and is an excellent fat burner.
Things to Avoid
To obtain the best possible results on your cleansing program, you should avoid the following foods:
All pastas, breads, potatoes, rice, processed meats like hot dogs and deli meats, peas, carrots, lima beans, corn, bananas, fruits - they are loaded with natural sugars, coffee, diet or regular soda pop, teas (hot or iced) artificial sweetener like Sweet n' low, Equal, Splenda, and all dairy products.
Read the labels on all products and avoid high fructose corn syrup. If you are unsure about a food item contact your Cleanse Coach for further instructions.
Section Two: Proteins
You will want to keep your protein to a 3 to 5 ounce serving. It should be boneless and skinless.
Chicken Breast; Turkey Breast; Cod Fillet; Salmon Fillet; Turkey Ham; Tuna in water; Ground Turkey Breast; Ground Chicken Breast.
Section Three: Vegetables
As long as you choose from our list, vegetables are pretty much unlimited. We recommend you keep it to one to two cups of the following:
Green Beans; Broccoli; Asparagus; Spinach, cooked or raw; cabbage, cooked or raw.
Water
Make sure you drink plenty of purified water. While it is recommended that you drink eight - 8 ounce servings of PURIFIED water daily, when you are trying to release excess pounds and toxins you should take your total body weight, divide it in two and drink that many ounces daily. Water is the key to your success!
