my back is in real bad shape and i have been working out hard(at least for me) usually an hour on the treadmill at 3.5 mph, and yesterday i was in the shower and bent down to wash my feet and my back went out(low back) I at least got my exersize in. Anyway needless to say there wont be any treadmill today. Anybody got any ideas as what to do for exersize that wont aggravate it any further? I know i better be careful about my calories today.Any ideas will be appreated.

    Sorry Connie I don't know of any exercises that does not involve your back in some way. I know even walking will cause my back to hurt . Unless someone else does. I would just advise you to take it easy do what you can for now. Tomorrow is always a new day. Hope your back is better soon.

    Connie, Just give it some rest for a couple of days. walk slower and a shorter time on the treadmill. Walking is the best thing to loosen up your back. Just go real easy for the next week or so. FEEL BETTER :flowerforyou:
