I've had so much pain in this last week. My GLUTES are dying, I swear!! hahahaha Yoga last night felt ahhhh-mazing!!0 -
Week 4. I am supposed to do Core 20 and Stretch 40 today, but I read that someone replaced Core 20 with Tummy Tuck from Brazil Butt Lift and liked that better...I think I am going to try that today and see how it feels.0

Week 5. Starting to see the pounds coming off! Today was Fire 30 and I did ChaLean Extreme Burn Circuit 1. And that was with a sinus infection...used to be, I'd have used that as an excuse to lay around all day!
