Hi!
I want to reserve a campsite in northern Michigan near Honor, Empire, or Traverse City.
Does anyone know a good one that's fairly rustic?
I've been going up there every summer my entire life but since Platte River Campgrounds does online reservations now I can't seem to get to their website early enough to reserve one.
Thank you in advance! =]

I realize this thread was from the springtime but I have stayed at D.H Day State Park in Glen Arbor before. It's just a few minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes and the campground itself is only about 100 yards from Lake Michigan. I had blast up there with some friends a few years ago.0 -
My favorite place in Michigan is Higgins Lake - state park on N. Side isnt very rustic though not sure about south side0
