well my weight has been up and down for years but i really pilled on after my daughter was born. long story short, i left her dad got a life and lost 3 stone in a year !!!! woopie for me. but then i got settled and slowly but surely the weight came back on. im now almost the same weight i was 3 years ago and im gutted about it. im sooo dissapointed with myself for letting it happen.
so im trying again but im not doing any drastic diets or starving myself. im going to try and stick to a healthy diet and exercise plan.
hopfully i will get the support i need to stay away from all the yummy sweet things that i love. i've already told the fella he's not allowed to buy my any chocolate or cakes even if i ask for them.
i really want to be able to get back into my dresses that ive not felt comfy wearing in a year.
keep your fingers crossed for me !!!

Hiya.
I feel your pain, I did a similar thing. Got complacent and went back to my old ways. This time I'm trying to think of it as a change for life and not just "losing weight until I reach a target weight". For what it's worth, MFP is really helping me along. It keeps me aware of what I'm eating and it motivates me to exercise. All the best! Here's to the new healthy you :-)

hey thanks so much for your comment and support. im really hoping to do better this time around. i recently got a border collie puppy and he needs a lot of exercise which is a really good reason to get myself out of the house and moving0
