Hello fellow cancer fighters and MFPs. I just joined, thought this app might help me log critical aster intake. Had mastectomy, 3 chemo treatments. Between painful surgical recovery and often bed bounddue to chemo side effects I gained 25 lbs.
Has anyone else gained weight on chemo? I am nauseated a lot, so I keep eating to settle my stomach. Food and water tastes like metalic vinegar, but it doesn't stop me. I'm motivated by the meds, ailling tummy, desire or hope that some morsel might taste satisfying. Not enjoying food has been a BIG dissapointment.
