How's everyone doing?
I've had a few fallbacks but am still goin'. This last weekend I overate and I am now at day 2. I'm learning how difficult it is for me to control my eating on weekends, so this next weekend I'm going to make it my goal to absolutely not go over my caloric limit.

Whoop 14 days in!! Was VERY close on the weekend to going over! Only just managed it by about 4 kcal, so know what you mean Paris!

When I signed up for this challenge I didn't realize how hard it was going to be! I've been tracking since I've started the challenge, and I have more good days then days when I am over my calories. It's good because I have a visual reminder at my desk of how I am doing.
All that being said I fell off the wagon on Sunday but I've good under my calories for two days. I'm hoping to make this day 3. And I haven't been on the scale since I've started this challenge but I plan to get on the scale April 1. I hope to be down about 5lbs this month Thanks again for this challenge.0
