Hi everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I'm 28, from New Jersey, a mother of one, and recently decided to try a controversial method of weight loss, the hCG diet. I start this Saturday and am excited. Add me if you like.

    A friend of mine did it & she loved the results. Myself being a former Fitness Coach hates the idea of starving oneself. But that may sound hypocritical because I started a detoxification today. Whatever it is that you do, be safe.
