Doctor thinks I might have Pcos..... thats the last I heard of it doesn't talk about it anymore said come in for a blood test in another year ... yeah cause whether I have it or not is going to change.... he just said exersise lose weight.... thanks cause I hadn't already been trying that.... so went to a nutritionist...... and tomorrow obgyn well one of their pas their booked for forever... Im pretty sure they will be telling me that I do have Pcos it would be a surprise if I didn't I have all the symptoms that were on the list I found.

I will be happy to actualluly know but I'm freaking out a bit cause then ill actually have to deal with it..... but all will be good correct?

Everything I've read says pretty much the same thing, low gi diet, exercise, stay away from sugar and some people take medication. I haven't been prescribed anything as I dont get alot of the symptoms that some women do as in hirsutism, no periods etc. At least if you do get diagnosed with PCOS there are things that can be done to help and you can do things to help yourself too.

    Good luck xx
