It seems like Austin is the most supported city in Texas for this get together, so I'd support the Austin idea. I like the idea of a get together in Texas, as Texas is central in the US.0

The scheduling is difficult, no question about it. I think it should be over with by May 15 simply because Texas summers get hot in a hurry. Getting it done before the heatwave would be the best idea.0 -

Oh yeah.. new apt. Wellllll the pool might not be as nice there though since I'll be downgrading.
