is it time for our 3 week weight in?

I think we are due for a check in so I think I will start:) I had a loss of 4lbs this week which brings we to a total of 6lbs!Yeah!! I have been working out 3 days a week and I have also keep up on the walking:) Feel very good about all of my work and am excited to see how everyone else is doing:)

    Good for you Csouto. Today was my weigh in day. I lost about a pound and a half this week. I'm close to my March goal (six pounds). A little ahead of the game on my exercise goals too (walk 60,000 steps a week and go to exercise class 3 days a week).

    I weighed in on Tuesday, but on March 1st, I was at 220 lbs. On Tuesday I was at 209.2 lbs. I was really trying to concentrate less on the scale and more about getting into the right kind of habits and this has apparently paid off for me.
