Hello! I'm a busy mom of four and also work out of the home. I actually don't mind working out in moderation so I have always kept up with my physical fitness thru out the years but after having my last child 8 years ago it seems like my body just doesn't want to work with me anymore! So I have had to change my way of thinking and motivate myself to work harder to achieve the same results that had come to me so easily after the first 3 of my children. And to complicate things I have had a flucuating blood pressure since my young 20's so that just adds to the need to stay fit..... My husband is quite over wieght and not very motivated to loss weight so he isn't supportive of my efforts at all -- In fact he is downright discouraging at times! So I could really use an outlet to vent about my fitness frustrations and support to stay motivated because I am a fan of sweets and tend to give in to those cravings way more than I should!
