Spinach Chips

Just made a pan of spinach chips for my side at dinner. They lasted 5 seconds after they came out of the oven. My one year old and 10 year old loved them. I made them for me, but I didn't get many. It was easy, I just put down wax paper and scattered the spinach leaves. I sprayed lightly with oil and sprinkled a little salt and pepper on them. Baked for about 10 minutes at 350 and they were done. You have to watch them and take them out once they start shrinking up and getting crisp. Great super low calorie snack.
