The Weekend

After starting this challenge I realize weekends are my down falls. I have come up with a new strategy for me. Weekends are so hard for me, but I do ok during the week. I am going to bank my calories left at the end of each weekday to go towards the weekend, tthis way I stay within my calorie count for the week. For me this is the best way, I hate starting over at day one and feel discouraged after a bad Saturday or Sunday when my over all week was within calorie count. I appreciate this challenge because 1) It has alerted me to recognize my weak spots. 2) I have never gone this many days straight in counting my calories and 3) Alone with drinking water I have dropped a few pounds by being consistant.

    That is a really great idea! I hope it works out for you :) I love this challenge for all the same reasons as well. And like you I really struggle on the weekends. Keep up the good work!

    I made it as far as four days consistently not over and yeah, it was the weekend that got me
