I've been sugar and flour free (oh, alcohol too  ) this time since 11/26/11. I find when I'm abstinent from those things I have "zero" depression. It's so EASY ... just takes a few days to get the hang of it. It means I have no processed foods as flour turns to sugar which turns to fat. When eating those things, chances are I'll be in a fog. What's it like for you?

I saw a dr in January who suggested I become sugar, gluten, and dairy-free. It is a major amount of changes. I was already alcohol free. I don't want to eat any processed food except rice is the only thing I can eat. The wheat/flour/sugar did awful things to my guts. I don't think I'll ever be in the zero depression phase, even though I would like to be. Too too much crap to deal with.
