I was wondering if anyone had any tips on dealing with shin splints or how to avoid getting them. Thanks for all help guys!

    My mum suffers from this as she quite often runs on her tip toes! She had to take a break from running for a while but then went to a specialist running shoe shop who analysed the way she ran on a machine then recommended the best shoes for her which made a massive difference.

    But don't take what I said is read..... I only ever run for the ice cream truck ...... xxx
