What are your goals for this week?
How did last week go?
How are y'all injured warriors healing?
Hope this week is great!
Here is what I hope mine will look like:
Monday: 40 minute run
Tuesday: Spin and or Swim and or Yoga
Wednesday: Spin am
Thursday: Swim am and or Run pm 40+ minutes
Friday: Swim and or yoga
Saturday: Brick; bike run bike (increase the run to half an hour), walk
Sunday: walk and or yoga
Be vigilent with the eating is another big one for me this week!

I have my first 10K this week, so I'm doing 2 short runs and my strength training 2 days, then resting. Then I'm ready to get to work on my biking and swimming!0

Goals for this week: Solid training and find my stroke in the pool again.
Monday: 45 minutes in the pool, mostly 100s and Yassos on the dreadmill (done)
Tuesday: 45 minutes in the pool, 1.5 hours on the trainer
Wednesday: Long run (15 miles or so)
Thursday: Hour plus in the pool, hour on the trainer
Friday: Tempo run. Somewhere around 7 miles.
Saturday: Long ride (not sure of distance yet. Min: 40 miles, would like 60+)
Sunday: Get out and cheer on my teammates doing Lonestar 70.30 -
Last week went well as reported on the previous thread..
This week I plan...
Monday : Rest day (I actually ended up cycling around to commute and walking for 90 minutes just because I was going stir crazy, it was a slow walk though) + 8 minute abs + Push ups
Tuesday : 4.8km run + 1500m swim + cycling commute
Wednesday : rest/ cycling commute + 8 minute abs + Push ups
Thursday : 4.8km run + cycling commute
Friday : Speedo pace club Week 2 Workout A (1300m) + 300m free swim + 8 minute abs + Push ups
Saturday : 8km run
Sunday : Speedo pace club Week 2 Wrokout B (1100m) + 500m free swim + Push ups0 -
You guys put me to shame! My plan this week (of which half is past) is:
Sunday: 10K ride
Monday and Tuesday: Ended up working until after midnight both days
Wednesday (today): swim time trials 2 x 400m
Thursday: spin class (1 hr)
Friday: Personal trainer (1hr), 500m swim
Saturday: clean my damn house
Sunday: first ever brick session!
