Good morning!

Well... not so good for me... after a week of eating like crap, I'm feeling it this morning. I've had to record an increase :grumble: , though "other factors" also play a part this week too :tongue:

SW: 188
LW: 177.2
CW: 178.8
GW: 140

Don't think I'll hit my April 1st goal of 174 as I've only got about a week left, but hopefully I'll be less than what I started with on March 1st :laugh:

    I also gained this week--I was in Vegas for five days followed by a client event and then a wine festival and company over the weekend--a lot of bad food/drink was consumed!!!1 The scale was up to 147 this morning--I am hoping at least some of it is water weight. My goal this week is not to go over my calories for seven days straight and to go on the treadmill daily for 20 minutes--let's see if I can do it!
