Hey, Happy Monday!!!! (hey no booing me!) I want for us all to have a positive outlook today Monday...start the mind out thinking positive about how the day will go...make the choice not to give into negative thinking...see how your day and better yet your week goes!
So, when tired and don't want to exercise say, "I can do 10 minutes of ____" to make my body one step closer to healthy. "I will not allow that person who cut me off on the highway upset me because I want to be safe." "I may be upset but it WILL pass and something good will happen the rest of the day."
Attitude I am learning in my older age is everything even with food, exercise and healthy lifestyle.
