Hi Everyone,

I seem to keep missing the weight-loss challenges so I thought maybe to start one myself. Hope others will join in :smile:

I still have around 40 lbs to lose overall so I'm thinking how about trying to lose 10 lbs by the end of April? That's 5 weeks (6 if you count today!) think it's do-able?

Weigh-in Mondays (a challenge in itself after the weekend!) 26 March then April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30

Start weight: 191 - 26 March

    Week 1: 2 April - 191.6 :cry:

    Been away on a city break to Manchester and up to London to see a show (plus dinner of course!), so actually a small gain is not too bad, but I now have some catching-up to do!
