Hello Everyone. I signed up last night and nothing like a challenge to help me losing weight.
I started in Dec 2010 with MFP and by June last year i lost over 45lb but those darn pounds started slowly creeping up again this past January. :sad:
Now is time to take action again before it gets too late.
Im counting my SW as per today and not the 158 I was last year or the 165lbs I was last Jan
so here it is

Interesting to see everyone's interim goals. I'm curious to know how everyone plans to achieve their loss by Memorial Day.
