Results so far?

Just curious if anyone is seeing results yet. We are on Day 2 of Week 3 and I definitely feel an improvement in my endurance. I'm still dripping sweat and gasping for air through the workouts, lol, but at least I can finish the warm-up now without pausing and coming back :)

I have been taking weekly pictures too for motivation and I see just a teeny bit of a difference!

What are everyone else's experiences and where are you in the program?

    I am on day 4 of week 3 and in a week I am down an inch off my waist, my thighs, and 1.5 inches off my hips!

    I've seen my body change little by little. Today I start week 3, so just 7 more weeks to go.

    Scale and taping, have you noticed a difference? My husband has only lost 4-5 lbs and nada on the taping. We are starting week 4 today...

    I don't do the taping, just the scale. I've lost 7 pounds, I'm on week 3 day 2. But everyone is noticing changes on me, even I have. Maybe I should start taping to be more accurate.Thanks.
