I've been logging in my calories for three weeks now and getting use to doing it. I find myself looking at my foods and saying "I can't eat that" something I've never done. But now, exercise has to go with it in order to loose the pounds! I have a few Beachbody DVD's and I will take the challenge.

So, we are to start on April 16th? Look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you!
