Quick, tasty sriracha stir-fry chicken!

Ingredients:
Chicken (breast ideal, but take what you've got)
Sriracha rooster sauce
Oil (not olive)

Preferably use a wok for ideal cooking.

-Cut chicken into bite-size pieces (or your own preference, just not too big or it won't cook through properly)

-Heat wok (or pan) without anything in. When a drop of water (just try a few drops on occasion) sizzles off right away (within 5 seconds) add 1-2 tablespoons of oil.

-Add chicken and stir while frying. When surface is cooked add sriracha to taste. Cook through and put on a plate or something to cool.

Beautifully coloured, low-cal and very tasty. Bonus: Really simple to bring in bento, and the spicyness discourages bacteria.
