Weekends (Still Rebooting?)

I find it so difficult to stick to this during the weekend which is my biggest "weakness". I will continue this week and next week. I gained back 2 lbs from last weekend. My total loss so far from last Monday is 2.8 lbs down. Let's stay strong!

Yay on your weight loss! That is terrific. My weekend was a diaster. I did Reboot during only for breakfast. Lunch and Dinner offplan. Anyways, I am back on track and focussed until Fri.

I think weekends would be my weakness too. Thinking of starting on a Monday and only doing 3 - 4 days at a time instead of the full 10. Thoughts??0
