As an East Coaster who cannot afford to fly to Texas or London, I am thoroughly jealous of the possible meet ups happening there. Hmph! lol

Just my two cents...anyone that would choose Austin over Miami is cah-ray-zee. I've been to both and there is NO comparison...Miami wins hands, feet...everything...down.
To tell the truth, I found Austin to be THE most boring city I've ever visited. Aside from watching the bats there really was nothing to do!0 -
I live near Virginia Beach and on the beach in Norfolk. It is a pretty central location. hint hint hehe0

Yay I'm a Southern Maryland'er but I will most definitely NOT be participating in the Warrior Dash lol. It's actually only about 10 minutes from where I grew up.0 -

I agree completely. Austin is a wonderful little oasis in the middle of the suck that is Texas, I love going there. Miami...ehhh. I try to avoid Florida all together.0 -

I'm game for all of the above! I have every intention of going to Austin in May. June and July are out due to work travel, but I will gladly go to Miami and the northeast as well.
